"Love, Kenzie B" was created in 2014 out of the need to moisturize my then, 7 month old daughter's (McKenzie) hair & skin. With my love for creating things and being crafty, I researched all natural products/ingredients to develop something safe for her delicate hair and skin. 

Love, Kenzie B products are 100% handmade with love! Our mission is to create products that are 100% natural and safe for the youngest to the oldest family member! With that being said, please keep in mind that our products contain no preservatives and therefore are meant to be used on a regular basis (we use them DAILY) & are best if used within 3-6 months of ordering. 

To avoid contamination, please use the provided spoon or something similar (not your hands) to scoop products out. Avoid adding water or any other liquids/products inside of LKB containers.

In addition, if products become separated, a good stir should mix them back up. If items become melted during transit, just place them in the refrigerator for about an hour to harden them back up.

All products are handmade with LOVE in Oklahoma.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Because all items are handmade in very small batches, there are no returns or exchanges. If you feel that you made an error when ordering or we did in shipping (because accidents happen), please email immediately so that it can be corrected.

Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days before your order ships. Once shipped, you will get an automated email notifying you that your items has shipped. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checking out, addresses CANNOT be changed. At this time, Love, Kenzie B does NOT ship Internationally. Although all ingredients are all natural, please do a skin check before applying products on your hair, face or body. All of our products are for external use only and have not been tested by the FDA. Love, Kenzie B will take no responsibility or liability for any misinformation provided or any medical or physical issues that may occur.
